Great people to deal with. Ordered an inflatable spa which was out of stock but were due in soon. Slight delay due to international shipping but we were informed in advance and then the hot tub arrived in advance of second due date which was a wonderful surprise. Very happy with our M-Spa tub! Would recommend these Folks. Thanks Guys :-)

Simply love our hot tub from Penguin Hot Tubs! We were extremely nervous about purchasing a hot tub, so many different suppliers, with wildly different prices. It seemed a minefield. However, my partner found Penguin Hot Tubs and we went to see them in their showroom. They made the whole experience simple and easy. In the end we paid pretty much half what we had been quoted in a local garden centre for the pretty much the same hot tub. Highly recommend these guy.

Five Star Hot Tub purchase experience in dealing with Penguin Hot Tubs from start to finish. Very impressive hot tubs with extremely polite and knowledgeable service staff. Delivery and set up was also professionally carried out with a detailed brief on how to maintain the hot tub. The hot tub is made to a high standard. After 1 months of ownership I would have no hesitation in recommending Penguin Hot Tubs if you are looking for a new hot tub.
