It’s a big place with indoor and outdoor seating area overlooking the river, and we went during lunch time so, they were very busy, but after waiting for a bit we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff member who let us choose our table. Apart from the staff wearing masks and cleaning the tables after each customer I didn’t notice any signs to help with social distancing. The food was very tasty and after dessert we went for a walk along the river.

Not a great experience, we dined there today for late lunch. I ordered the mushroom risotto with truffle oil and my husband ordered the warm chicken and pancetta salad. My main arrived but no sign of my husbands,. After about ten mins of waiting, I called our, waitress over to ask where my husbands main was and she said she'd check for us, Also upon taking a mouthful of my risotto I noticed there was no truffle oil on it, so she took my dish back to the kitchen to add the truffle oil and would locate my husbands dish, She brought them both out together and my dish came back not only luke warm at this point but also swimming in oil which did not look or smell like truffle oil, upon tasting it, I realised that they had covered my mushroom risotto in extra virgin olive oil instead of truffle oil, . I called the waitress back over to explain the problem, she initially insisted that it was truffle oil and clearly a different tasting one to what I'd previously ever had. After taking it back to the kitchen, she came back a short while later, with a warmed up plate of mushroom risotto to explain that it was initially olive oil that the kitchen had added but it now is definitely truffle oil because she found it herself. By then my husband had consumed his dish and I wasn't in the mood for my risotto and left half of it. We asked for the bill to leave
amazing food, very lovely staff and quiet at lunch time! i absolutely love carluccio’s due to the really kind and helpful staff who offer quick service. the food came quickly despite it being lunchtime and to add to the great service; the food was so yummy! i had penne from the pasta menu and my mum had a tuna steak salad! we both thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will be back again soon. also great to see them using the nhs track and trace app.

Had a delightful lunch here today , wonderful staff making the experience all the more perfect (Jasmin) friendly, attentive and helpful. Delicious food, selection and flavours. Highly recommend.
