The finished floor is beautiful. But it was hell getting there. They never answer an email or a phone call. They didn't check the condition of the floor they were about to lay on and the fitters were aggressive. If you are happy to go through all that, you will have a nice floor.

Completely let down by this company. They did not arrive when they said they would, I could not get anyone to call me back with confirmation of when they would be coming, eventually after all day on the phone got someone who admitted they might turn up in a week. Or perhaps two weeks. Appalling customer 'care'. Have cancelled the order.
Good selection of flooring and internal doors with ironmongery
The staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful, we have bought oak flooring from them and doors and we are very happy with them. Good quality and always kept in form about what was happening during the delivery process.
Very good choice of interesting internal doors
