Good covid security. Goods in well regulated. Safe system in place. Good segregation. Good clean toilet. Treated with respect. So good in the modern way. Good turnaround . Nice staff

As you may have guessed from the shower pictures that I am a HGV driver who frequents moto Southwaite north and south services, I understand that closing the northbound shower facilities for a long overdue renovation was something to get excited about. Alas after a few weeks off from work I return and my first visit to m6 North shows how abysmal the new showers are, After having a semi good one handed scrub in the shower as you need to keep one hand on the push button at all times to keep the water flowing, especially for rinsing, you exit the shower area to find the wash/drying area flooded by run off water from the shower. Which has even run off into the actual corridor. The joining trim between the drywall panels are poorly fitted and are even coming away from the panels, a power socket thats meant to be flush to the wall is coming away, the ONE hook on the door for your clothing is also coming away from the door, probably to do with the amount of clothing weighing down on one poor solitary hook I won't even mention how many months it took to renovate 2 shower cubicles....... And dont get me started on the poor service levels, the poor quality of over priced fast food, I totally understand that you're part of a big company and all that they care about is their profit margin but in all honesty moto services are a disgrace. Of it wasn't for my job requirements I wouldn't be using you

Very quiet and felt very safe in all areas, separate entrance and exit well observed. Shorter opening for some services but understandable in these times
