So glad I registered here. An excellent surgery that follows up and actually meets one's needs. My former surgery is closing since the best doctor left. Carlisle House is praiseworthy.
Dr nelmes is a fantastic doctor number one excellent always has been always will be very calm genuinely good doctor and gentleman you got a couple of Sally's in there as well the nurses receptionist fantastic Sally Rogers excellent doctor thanks so much for your help guys really appreciated
This is a good surgery over all, the reptionsists are nice and not overly pushy with asking questions. If you join the practise avoid Dr Scott (new Dr Scott) at all costs. She is rude and does not listen. Dr Nelms or Dr Crinion are fantastic. Also the practise is moving soon to a much more modern centre....
I cannot praise enough this surgery, from the receptionist (especially Sally) and all the others. I don't remember the name of the doctor but their response was prompt and professional. My 16 years old cousin was very poorly and didn't have a GP registration as she was here on holiday. The GP called us after less than 1 hour from temporary registration and then saw her and referred her straight away to the hospital. You don't see this kind of kindness and short times unfortunately. The Carlisme house practice definitely needs a praise for their work. Keep up the good work!
