I needed a few things checking & sorting out on my car. I’d gone to a few places to do different jobs but the places I knew weren’t open (due to covid restrictions I guess). I didn’t have a lot of time & I was feeling quite stressed for a number of reasons, so I went to Halfords & they were great! I got everything I needed doing done for me & a few extras besides. The guy doing the work on my car was really friendly & very helpful. Great customer service & a great service overall - thank you!

Amazing customer care from Chris at the auto centre, I have have been down a couple of times recently. I had a couple of different issues with my car. And honestly they couldn’t of been handled any better. Not just fixing my current issues but also giving me honest advice on other concerns with my vehicle. And a really nice, genuine bloke as well. I had reason to visit this store a couple of times this week.On my visit on Friday I was very capably assisted by a young gentleman who showed the true meaning of customer service.Forgot to ask his name.10 out of 10.Every time I visit I find all staff both knowledgeable and extremely polite.Pleasure to shop here and will continue to do so.Thank you one and all. Halfords are operating very well under the present circumstances. I phoned to see if the item that I wanted was in stock, which it was. I called round & a staff member met me at the door, at approximately 4m spacing. He pointed me to the item I wanted the checkout was simple & receipt emailed, keeping all contact to a minimum, while still giving an excellent friendly service.
