Tried returning a TV that I had purchased earlier in the day as I needed to exchange it for a TV that had the stand in the centre rather than at the sides. I was told even though had an email that confirmed my order they needed the email receipt which wouldn't arrive for 24-hours. Explained I was not in the area long and if I could not make it back to the store. The sales assistant was disinterested and was a \computer says no\ sort of person. So going to have to wait and return it to a different store where hopefully they will more helpful.

Although trying to be helpful, staff appeared at the car before I had activated the 'I am at the store' command as requested in the order email. This meant that a confusing dialogue then happened about what we were collecting. This interaction needs to be avoided and minimised under current guidelines. I applaud the system put in place by Currys, but it needs to be carried out to the letter so as to be as low risk as possible. Thank you.

Despite myself I love Currys. Often there's no Know-How but had excellent service in Carlisle from a salesman who knew Samsung TVs inside out.

Pc world was about computors and accessories which is what i went for.if you went for a laptop there are loads but if you want a part forget it. No good to me since it shared a store with currys.no disrespect to currys who have good stock but my rating is for pc world. Will continue to shop elswhere online. Waste of a trip
