These people have treated me with dignity and respect throughout the last 9 months which they have been helping me. Never have they been obstructive in any way, in fact they have bent over backwards to help me. I wish to thank these amazing people.
Really impressed with the council, the people working there always do their best and Carlisle is a great place to live.
You could live in far worse places. Yes we all have bad things to say about our local councils but considering the cuts to their budgets they aren’t doing a bad job. We should feel proud to live in our areas. as my mum always says “a place is only as good as the people living there”. Therefore I choose to feel proud about living in Carlisle.
The effort and time they invest in order to AVOID dealing with issues is prodigious.
