Worst customer service ever in Carlisle branch. Still waiting 4 days later for a call back which Liz promised to let me know when flooring would be in stock.As she couldnt access the computer for wotever reason. I assumed it was the manager who was floating around offering no help at all. Totally disinterested even though were only customers in.Would not reccomend anyone in a hurry for either help or advice or ordering to go to Carpetright. Such a shame as they have some quality carpet, vinyl, laminate etc. Now having to go elsewhere to purchase out flooring.

Getting totally fed up waiting for the vinyl we ordered to be delivered. Now six weeks. Staff not interested, don’t phone back when they say they will. Supposed to be coming next week. If not we want our money back.

Ordered a carpet off Carpet Right , told Andy fitter would contact me for fitting, no ones contacted me ,so had to go go Chris Davidsons carpet company ,all fitted by Chris Davidson's carpets carlisle superb service,Carpet right this is the second time I have been let down by carlisle store ,shocking.look else where . The only thing carpet right shop is good for is brousing through samples.

Shocking lack of customer service. Mike who is a manager is just appalling. He will use loads of excuses to cover his lack of professionalism. No wonder so many bad reviews if a guy like that is in charge. shocking...

Awful Awful Awful. Zero stars if I could. Staff don’t care. Staff don’t return calls. Messed the order up twice. Told me the carpet would be 2 weeks. Been a month. Zero customer service. Wouldn’t chase up the suppliers. Blamed the computer. My initial order was in June. Cancelled my order in October. Don’t bother with this store.
