Very small but friendly Airport. No shops but a nice cafe and with only small planes flying there's no big queuing or long walks to get to the plane

Airport lovely and clean. Staff courteous and efficient. Had some food in the cafe, onion rings lovely, chips and cheese came out with the cheese not melted!? It also didn’t melt, I didn’t ask for it to go under a hot plate or anything. Would use again.
Great startup airport Just one thing, it's not in the lake District It's actually closer to Scotland than it is to the lake District
A fantastic new airport in 2019. All the staff are brilliant. Flown twice and thoroughly efficient from start to finish. Can't wait for more flights further afield. Great coffee shop too, best breakfast buns cooked fresh to order.
Great service at Carlisle Airport. Stopped for fuel and the night on my way from Old Sarum to the Isle of Mull, Glenforsa. Smooth ATC and excellent service from Ken in the reporting office and the refuelling team. Thanks. G-BZVT.
