We found Jenny extremely patient and helpful in explaining every aspect of the Mazda Bongo. We had hired it to try a campervan experience for the first time and it was the ideal vehicle to try out driving something bigger than a car. The van was well prepared with everything required for washing up and cleaning . A very useful introduction to campervaning. Thank you Jenny.

Me & my husband & Poppy had a lovely few days in the Bongo camper van. The camper was very cosy & well equipped with all that you needed. We visited the Lake District which was still lovely despite the weather not being great. Poppy absolutely had the best time!!! This was our first solo trip in a camper van, decided on a whim, and starting in early October. Our confidence was boosted with the easy introduction to the Mazda Bongo by the delightful Jenny. We opted for all the extras: this was a holiday. We voyaged as far south-west as Mull of Galloway lighthouse and north to Maybole. Some of the minor roads in Galloway are narrow, fortunately complimented with passing-places, but easy in the Bongo, even when reversing to allow passage of log-lorries. This was autumn with the forest colours dark green, through russet to red. The van scored on many counts. To be able to choose a picnic place, whether over-looking a loch or the sea, for the view alone, ignoring the wind and weather is a mighty bonus, adding to the pleasure of tea and cake. We slept soundly once snuggled down, though some agility was usefully in achieving that happy state. Carlislecampers are efficient, and friendly - thoroughly recommended. We hired the VW campervan for the slightly unusual reason to use as a safe self contained travel unit to visit my elderly mother who lives some distance away. This avoided calling in at crowded service areas. The campervan was well equipped and easy to use and allowed us to remain completely separate from other members of the public for both directions of the journey which was the most important safety factor for the visit. Jenny and Tim were very helpful both in terms of the video and in person explaining how the campervan facilities operated. We had a relaxing trip enjoying the views from the elevated driving position relative to our own cars and had also had good weather for the trip - so it was a pleasant experience for everyone. Thanks to Jenny and Tim, we were able to visit safely during these times when the Covid vaccines are not yet widely distributed. The VW would make a good tourer for holidays.
