Truly a great group of people. They provide free, impartial, honest and decent advice for people needing help with care. For non-medical advice (that's for your GP...) I cannot recommend them enough. I've seen people stuck in the system for literally months and not get anywhere, and come here for almost immediate solutions. For anyone requiring care and assistance, and getting stressed about the cafe they are receiving (or not receiving) this is your first stop.... Don't tell them I sent you, they get enough drop ins because of me....
