From start to finish of our kitchen project could not fault Anderson's. we had great help from Stuart in the design of our kitchen his knowledge and patience greatly appreciated. It was fitted this week by Gavin and what a wonderful easy job he made of it. Was kept informed of any design details throughout and its stunning. Will definitely use them again.
I am absolutely over the moon with my new kitchen from Andersons Ltd., Designed by Tracey, who listened to everything I required for my kitchen, and also my budget. She gave me good advice. It was apparent, her product knowledge and her experience in kitchen design made all the difference. I would highly recommend Andersons to anyone looking for a new kitchen. The fitting was also expertly done, with all working together, electrical, plastering and plumbing, all done within time scale. Perfection!!!
Stuart Routledge at the Carlisle branch was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping us to plan our dream kitchen. Nothing was too much or too little trouble and he always had the time to go over things with us until we were happy. The kitchen arrived on time and was exactly what we had planned. Fitting was straight forward and I now have the kitchen I envisaged and i would happily spend all my time in their and could happily 'Live in it' i love it that much. Would definitely recommend Anderson's and Stuart's expertise when planing your next kitchen
Customer services review following brand new kitchen design/ purchase/ installation. See attached damage to drawers, kitchen was 11 months old and I took one of the drawers in to get Customer Services to order a replacement for that and the drawer below, early Jan. 2020. Yesterday I received the drawer fronts - over ONE YEAR later, after I had phoned and chased many times. They never bothered to phone me during that time. Absolutely shocking. Look at the state of the drawers! I would never have bought from Andersons at all - it was a very expensive kitchen and I thought they had a good reputation but the construction of the drawer fronts is plain to see. They are NOT made in the UK! Why do they not list new kitchen installation in the options of services? Beware, beware. Not to be trusted. Initial measurements were to include tall cupboards but this had to be changed. The included dishwasher is awful, a real pain to load. I would definitely have gone for a cheaper, sturdier kitchen, with more colour options. I've no doubt that the new drawer fronts will do the same thing.
