I would absolutely agree with the many negative reviews from other customers. This has been one of the worst service experiences of my life. Hidden fees, issues on your accounts, problems not promptly resolved, discourteous to their customers, not delivering services appropriately, calls not returned. Stay away!

I contacted Superior to come out and give me a quote to move our propane tanks and install a pool heater, as it didn't look like it was done to code by a local refrigeration company. Signed the work order to have the work done on Sept 16th. They called on Sept 15th to confirm my appointment for sSptember 22nd. I called back and informed the lady that my booking was for the 16th and that I had booked the day off for it. Lady said she'd talk to the area rep who would give me a call. Today is now the 16th. I took the day off work unpaid, and they didn't show up, no call, nothing. I have the work order in front of me that specifically said work to be done the 16th. So now I'm guessing the work will be done the 22nd? Guess I'll take ANOTHER day off work. Addendum: Getting really sick of local companies (pool, heating/air conditioning, propane) and their severely lacking communication avenues. In this day and age of instantaneous communication, situations like this are unacceptable. Update: September 22nd is here and they were a NO SHOW AGAIN!!!!! Unbelievable. And I got the automated \do you have covid\ call yesterday. And yup, another non paid day off taken. I love how the owner messages and says that the installation date wasn't communicated clearly. I've got the written quote in front of me \Sept 16\. Update 2: Received a call Sept 22 at 4:45pm. They mumbled something about the pipe, no apologies, said they'd come Saturday morning at 9am. It's now early afternoon on the Saturday and again no show. I feel like this is almost comical at this point. I called the support number, eventually it rang and I was hung up on lol. Update 3: You'll be shocked to learn that they didn't show up again on Sept 26th, and calls to their support didn't really go anywhere except \service is closed but I put a note on your account to call you Monday morning\ and it's now Monday afternoon LOL.
Absolutely awful company. Impossible to get a hold of. I can’t even count how many times they deliberately hung up on me because they didn’t want to deal with me. I have had their propane tanks sitting on my lawn for over a month and had so many dates of when they would be gone, still not picked up. They will be moved to the road after tomorrow. After finally getting ahold of a supervisor he told me to call him directly but wouldn’t give me a number... Most of the people who answered the phone were very rude and they all had different answers and information. I would NEVER recommend superior propane.
I have never had the misfortune of dealing with such a bad company, 180 inspection fee compared with my new providers 5 !!! 240 tank removal fee ( because I went with a different provider that has substantially lower rates per litre) 1-800 line that takes forever to actually speak to someone ( unless your potentially a new customer.. then they answer quick ) Research your rates and other hidden charges carefully....stay away from Superior!
