A lovely little bakery and a hotspot for lunches. Definitely worth a visit.
While visiting CP today deciding to try this bakery. Absolutely horrible. Worst bakery I have ever been to. Pie only half cooked. I finished cooking it. Cut out 2 pieces. It was a cherry pie. Both pieces had absolutely NO cherries in it. Nothing but sloppy mush. Girl behind counter was not wearing a mask, no gloves and did not wash or sanitize her hands after handling money. When I asked her about covid measures she said there is a piece of plastic glass her that is good enough. I was shocked. Will never, ever be back. Please people read the reviews. I am not the first to see unclean dangerous practices at this establishment. The health board beed to check out what the public is being subjected to here. The one I bought is in the garbage.
Despite their ability to make a good sandwich- they treat their customers like trash. Without fail the 5 times I have gone in there, they have been beyond rude. They are short, condescending and straight up nasty. I vowed last time I wouldnt come back and today I thought I would give it one more try. Huge mistake. I will never go back. They treated us like we inconvenienced them by choosing to shop there. Supporting this local store today and the last 5- were far from worth it
The sandwiches were fresh and delicious. And the butter tart was excellent. I'll be back.
