Brought my car in for minor work (tires allignment) and when I got it back, it came with a digital analysis of my car and its condition including the amount of tread left on my tires, brake life , everything . My keys were given to me in a sealed , sanitized bag. .. I was speechless. Amazing.
My husband and I moved to the area last October. We've had significant car problems (both vehicles getting older) over the past year and MacPherson has always been available, reliable and courteous. We are very happy with Macpherson's!
Since moving to Carleton Place 3 years ago, I've taken my '08 Prius to Macpherson's for major and minor work. Each time has been the same experience - staff are very professional, high workmanship, generous with their time explaining and answering questions, and have gone out of their way to help when I've needed it most.
Very pleased with the tire balancing. Everything is running smooth. They even washed my car and put some tire shine as well! Will definitely be back.
