I have dealt with Lambden Windows for at least 23 YEARS IN GOOD FAITH ON SEVERAL HOMES. I called to have new windows installed in my house by them just now, and they told me that they were too busy to deal me and to call someone else; and that the company had recently sold. I explained to her that I was in no rush for the install and was a Loyal Longtime Customer. So, don't go there as a past customer thinking that things are the same service as there used to be !! It's totally rude !! Trust Me !! Maybe if I was able to speak Canada's other official language I may have been treated different. That's the impression I got anyways.
