They had onion bites I haven't had those since high school (many years ) they were just as I remembered them. They lady was nice and she was peeling all the potatoes by hand. She says she enjoys it. I recommend a stop here o your travels.

Unfriendly to pedestrians around shop and paying customers and not at all a welcoming feeling. felt very hostile the women working there does nothing to percent a welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend to not go to here. I would recommend going to any other chip truck in Carleton Place there are several other awesome establishments in Carleton Place with a quick Google you will be eating better.
The first time I went, I received my family sized order of fries within less than a minute of ordering. Which meant, that the fries were pre cooked and sitting out. Fries were warm, soggy and not seasoned. I decided to give them a second chance today and ordered a poutine. What a waste of money! There was literally no taste whatsoever to the fries, gravy OR cheese! Save yourself some time and drive up the road to the crispy spud!
I consider myself a bit of a chip truck connoisseur. In my opinion these are the worst chips in the area. Also the ketchup is left out on the table in the sun all day which tasted really bad. And finally we had a bad experience with the lady being a bit rude to my children. Just my two cents
