Bought my first “proper” bike from Carl Rosner back in November 2014 on the day I passed my full bike test. Second Hand Honda NT700VA (Yes the Dullville ) Still got that bike now but replacing it with the new Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro and passing the Honda to my son. The test ride(s) and buying experience has been superb from start to finsh. Test rode the 900 GT Pro and the 900 Rally Pro back to back with an hour on each one. Both were great bikes but I think I already knew it would have to be the Khaki Rally Pro. Rob has been superb throughout, with frequent communation and updates. Was going to trade in my 2015 Yamaha MT09 but at the very last minute I just couldn’t bear to part with it. No drama from Rob just amended the deposit and good to go. Just spent my first weekend out on the bike. Superb Thank you Rob Ford and Carl Rosner. Steve.
Had taken my 1992 Trident to 2 other dealers who had failed to sort out some problems and were just fobbing me off telling me they always ran like that . Adrian and his mechanics took the carbs off and found several parts needed replacing which the other shops hadn't done , even though they had charged me for them ! The carbs were also way out of balance even though they were meant to have been adjusted , the guys spent time getting them right . It is now running like when it came out of the factory , a really professional job , thanks guys , I can really fully enjoy the bike now at last ..
Just ridden away on my third bike purchased from Carl Rosner over the years. Superb customer service, great product knowledge and great prices are why I keep returning. Both sales and service departments make you feel very welcome, I would highly recommend a visit! Two months later - just been back for my first service on my new bike and once again received fantastic service. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough!
