I love this shop. I get my refills Faith in Nature Shampoo, Ecover.. Lots of great foods, fresh breads, veg, great freezer full, dry produce in Dispensers - Take your own bags, pots, jars Fill them with herbs, beans Pulses, nuts...etc Plus some really special gifts. Don't overlook this little Gem. The Owner knows his stuff, very kind & helpful. I wish I lived nearer.

Wow, what a truly wonderful health food shop. We made a special trip today to support her with 'Bright Friday'. The owner was doing a fab initiative - the polar opposite of every other establishment fighting for Black Friday custom - for every item bought in the shop to be donated to the local food bank she was matching it. Such a huge and generous undertaking for such a small shop. The owner so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. A fantastic selection of local produce. The chocolate brownie was amazing!! We will definitely be back.
