I recently visited Cariad Bridal in August of this year with my close family. It was only the second bridal shop I had looked in and I never went with the intention of buying my dress that day however, the service I received was second to none! We had the whole shop to ourselves as arranged on booking and the experience was both personal and professional throughout. The shop was spotlessly cleaned and social distancing measures were in place to make us all feel safe and reassured. I love my dress and can't thank the staff enough for their help and patience in helping me to find my dream dress.

Absolutely fantastic service right from the first contact to make an appointment through to collecting my dream dress. Vanessa and the team made myself, my mother and my daughter feel so welcome each and every time we came to the shop. The advice I received was excellent; I must have tried on around 10-15 dresses which I thought I liked (but didn't like after seeing them on) until they persuaded me to try one which was outside of my comfort zone (it was strapless - which I didn't want). They advised me that any dress could be altered and straps could be added. As soon as I tried it on I knew it was the one for me! I had straps added and was so pleased with the finished design. The seamstress was also fab and so talented. Overall I would definitely recommend Cariad Bridal, they provide gorgeous dresses at reasonable prices and the service is second to none. I had visited a few other bridal shops before discovering Cariad Bridal on Google, and I am so glad that I did! Thank you to all the lovely ladies who helped me.

This bridal shop is the best in swansea and that is a understatment . The staff are exceptional and will go out of thier way to help you .I chose my dress with cariad bridal way before my wedding was due but due to unforseen medical problems the wedding had to be brought forward and the staff at the shop did everything in thier power to give my wedding dress quicker than expected and i truly thank them for it the seamstress went above and beyond duty for me aswell and even fitted me in my dress on the big day .I could not ask for a better service or better people for your wedding and on top of all of that the dress i chose was absolutely stunning ...THANKYOU TO YOU ALL XXX
I cannot thank Vanessa and all the ladies at Cariad Bridal enough for my beautiful dress. From first meeting Vanessa at a wedding fayre to picking up my dress today I couldn't fault any of them for the service and friendliness I received along the way. I also had my dress altered with them and it fits like a glove. Like it was made for me. I know I wasn't the typical Bride l when it came to my dress choice but Vanessa really listened to each and everything I wanted and 100% delivered with impeccable knowledge for wedding dress shopping. My accessories are beautiful and my dress is to die for and I wouldn't recommend any where else !!!!
