To be a Care and Support worker is a very rewarding job. No two days are the same. Customers who I am looking after now are like family to me. I feel like my everyday efforts are valued and appreciated.

We have a great care team in place looking after my grandad with dementia. Staff are always really friendly and happy to help, and they genuinely care. Care team are always on time and really easy to get along with. Staff in the office are also really helpful and happy to accommodate changes where possible. Great company and would be happy to recommend. Thanks guys!
Fantastic company to work for caring office staff and community carers. I have enjoyed my time working for Caremark, training given during Covid times was via zoom and shadowing other carers which was fabulous getting to know other carers and customers. I have been amazed how we have work together as a team to cover each other during shielding and isolation. I have met some lovely clients during my time and even though when life gets back to normal I do have another job I am going to continue doing this along side. Thank you for giving me the chance.
I have worked for Caremark for 5 years now, at first it was just because I needed work. However I am still here 5 years later and I absolutely love it. Being a single working parent with not much help with childcare can be hard but Caremark allow me to work within school hours which is is perfect. They are always so helpful and understanding and I’ve never loved a job more, it really is the most rewarding job!
Caremark have been caring for a close elderly relative with dementia for the past 18 months. I am very happy with their work. The staff are conscientious, kind, helpful and considerate. The management is always available and very flexible with changing the level of care required. The employees seem very happy, I asked a few of them and they feel they belong to an organisation that is hot too large so they know everyone and are treated well.
