Over the past 6 weeks my husband has had amazing help from the carers at Care at Home. Each one developed a great rapport with him, even on the days he was feeling unwell and didn't want to co operate! They came to understand his needs fully and were aware how carefully he had to be handled due to the fragility of his skin, his lack of balance or mobility, or his early stage dementia. Their gentle sense of humour helped pick me up too! We will miss their regular visits as our 6 weeks are now over.
