Full of drunks, druggies, smokers and others incapable of doing basic things such as locking a bathroom door, police and ambulances can regularly be found here, all the staff are decent enough to your face apart from one who acts like some of the people that live in the building by door slamming, swearing, threatening etc, staff do very little if anything to deal with racism, homophobia, threats, safety, mental health etc, can be a very scary place to live if you are a decent person. Staff don't kick out the real troublemakers and even if they do allow them back in the future.

Probably the best hostel in Cardiff. Rooms are fair. Community areas and hallways are kept spotless, mostly by residents who can pay their weekly 'rent' by being involved in its up keep. A tenants keyworker or one of the many staff are on hand to help with the many difficult issues that arise with coming from homelessness to rented accommodation. Changes in council policy have shortened the time you wait for an offer, (because living in close proximity with each other wears on the nerves quickly) but privately rented accommodation is fast dwindling.
