Do not trust these people. They ignored their own rigid rules to prevent two adults being present on the site at the same time. Staff condoned the presence of an aggressive step-father on three separate occasions who remained in a waiting room with two children and prevented my seeing them in line with three separate Court Orders I was granted. I am utterly disgusted with the total lack of professionalism of this ineffective and indifferent service.

Absolutely rubbish service I paid money and they fail to contact mother for more then 3 weeks and when they contact her it was 4th week. They arrange the contact but I forgot to pay them in advanced and they cancel the contact the day I suppose to be seeing my kids. I beg them that I can pay you cash let my children come to center and they refused. I chased them on phone but they will never call you back...you have to call them to find out what exactly happening. I’ll never recommend these people to anyone but it’s your choice guys try them. Good luck
