Outstanding firm, we had a professional experience from start to finish. Been having problems with our boiler and our water tank leaking in the airing cupboard. Ryan’s team came out the next day and removed the boiler and cylinder and fitted a new combi boiler for us, Outstanding service and communication. Price given up front for the work, The plumbers and gas engineers turned up with PPE clothing on for their protection and our protection. Anyone looking to have a new boiler installed I would use rm plumbing and electrical to carry out the work, really appreciate all your hard work,

I called them today and they booked me in for the next day appointment. Electrician changed my new living room flush light perfectly. He even didn’t charge me extra for special screws that he used for safety of it. Came on time and charged the amount we agreed beforehand. I will use their service again in the future. Very impressed. Neat careful work with minimal disturbance. I needed a new fuse box and relocated, attic rewired, additional sockets in living room and bedrooms, some external security lights and new supply to a garage. I was given some helpful advice which improved my plans and saved expense! Highly recommended.
Emergency job as there was a big leak coming through the ceiling, for my elderly mum in Roath Cardiff. These plumbers arrived within the hour from the phone call and were courteous and very professional. They got the job done in a timely manner and left with happy customers since problem solved. Excellent service. Will use again when in trouble.!
