So unprofessional, tried to call to book a appointment... let’s just say they had me going in circles, then I got told to fill in the form online, did that and it wouldn’t submit from their website, called back and again no help and got passed around different departments, outpatients then back to reception, not the level of service I expected to be honest, I thought I’d give this hospital a try as it’s closer to my house but I’d rather go further back to spire in pentwyn much more professional there.

Very bad experience. Will never book with them again. I dont feel well and I have to wait more than a month, because they cant organise my appointments properly and have to re arrange them every week. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Fantastic service, made an inquiry they responded immediately, I had an appointment for a consultation within two days. On arrival the women on reception were welcoming I was offered a drink, my appointment was dead on time so no waiting which rarely happens. Mr Morris was very helpful, he offered to do the procedure straight away his assistant was also very nice. I've had the same procedure done before through the NHS , and I cant believe how much better the experience was in Nuffield Health Hospital. I only wish I had made the appointment sooner instead of waiting on the NHS for over a year and getting nowhere.
Very poor prospective customer care today. Attempted to contact the Cardiff Bay Clinic this morning and despite numerous attempts to get through by phone and being on hold for over 1 hour, never managed to get through to someone to arrange an urgent appointment. Messages were left but have still had no response to these either. Had physio treatment here a few years ago but things certainly seem to have gone down hill! Even the switchboard operator was concerned at their poor service! If you need anything urgent may be worth trying elsewhere first.
