They have excellent quality clothes here. I've always thought it's most probably up there with the quality, and comes close to brand names Next have great jeans. I've bought jeans from next for years. Wheelchair accessible and size to maintain social distancing. Staff polite and helpful.

Huge store with great clothes collection and very friendly staff.
Since when are you not able to exchange faulty goods?. Perhaps the factory need to upgrade their quality control standards? A pair of boots, worn three times now have holes inside. I have just left your Cardiff store ,very dissatisfied with the service . Please also standardise your terms and conditions with store management- online says one thing and staff another. Exchanges should not be 'by management discretion ' !
