My go-to since Covid... shop on their App then arrange a collection or delivery. There is a charge but I think its worth it.

Very busy but understandable before Christmas. Wasn't aware they had removed pencils and paper and there was nothing to say this that I saw. Ended up having to take pictures of tags to remember the item number
AWFUL customer service. We were told on the 13th of December when our delivery came that a box was missing and so received 2/3 boxes. We were told Ikea would be in touch but nobody ever called. We've called, been to the store, emailed, tried social media platforms and nothing!! Finally got through after two months and they have managed to send out the wrong box for the FOURTH time. Last phone call they told us they'd deliver all 3 boxes to make sure we had the right one but AGAIN they turned up with ONE box - the wrong one again. Now we're having to call AGAIN and most likely be on hold for another hour.
Awful. During this pandemic you can’t speak to anyone. I waited for two hours to speak with someone. In the end I hung up coz it never answered. Got fed up of listening to ABBA. This has to be the worst customer service you will experience. Don’t waste your time ringing.
Lovely afternoon to explore the shop and find plenty of solutions for my home. I eat something light and bought few things for my kitchen. Plenty of spaces to park. Not so intuitive flow in the shop as I need it guidance at the first floor.
