We couldn't be happier with our newly installed front door and windows. Everything went smoothly, starting with our visit to the showroom to look at the options, to Brinley visiting us to ascertain exactly what we wanted and Max patiently answering my many questions. The office team kept us regularly updated regarding our order and even contacted us when an earlier installation was available. In the current situation, welcoming people into your home can be even more stressful than usual but everything was plain sailing ensuring that we all felt safe. Richie, Rhys and Phil were amazing. They double-checked what we wanted, fitted in with our crazy lives and the work was to an exceptionally high standard. Thank you so much to all of the team.

The two chaps who arrived to fit the door were very courteous and considerate. They efficiently went about the task and installed our new Door and Side panel. From the time we visited the showroom to after the installation they have been very Professional and would certainly recommend this company to anyone, very pleased with everything.

Absolutely thrilled with the two doors (front and side) we had installed. The installers (Ritchie, Peter and Tristan) were very professional and highly skilled. Once the doors had been installed it looked like they'd always been there with no need to redecorate or make good. They also cleaned up like they'd never been there. The ordering process was equally professional and Max was very helpful in ensuring that we got exactly what we were looking for. Can highly recommend this company.

We recently used Heath Windows & Doors for the installation of a new window to meet with building regulations for some internal work. A fantastic experience from start to finish! The planning and communication was prompt and efficient and certainly filled us with confidence that we had chosen the right company to fit our new doors and window. The fitters did a very thorough and neat job and were a pleasure to have in the house. Rhys went above and beyond to ensure that the best job was done and attention was paid to detail. What sets this company apart from others is their aftercare. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and Mark was extremely helpful and competent when it came to the finishing touches. A very professional team who certainly know their trade.
