Useless company. The new website is a piss take and takes you around and around in circles. I contacted them about my direct debit and they have raised it again despite telling them my partner is out of work due to covid.

Absolutely horrendous company. Only 1 star because the review wouldn't allow me to go any lower. They have expected me to pay for water, in an abandoned property with no water outlet at all, due to their company policy the bill not only is still being demanded, but its wrecking my credit score. Nobody at WW is prepared to help. Total lack of morals, ethics or customer service. Absolute pirates.

Outstanding service! Living with small children and a toilet out of action was my worst nightmare. The staff (Aimee and July) I spoke to online and on the phone were great. A special thanks to Peter who then turned up within the hour, and flushed the drain outside which was completely blocked up as his camera rightly showed. Probably the best service I've had from any company in the last 10 years. Everyone I dealt with are a real credit to you Welsh Water. Keep it up!
