We arrived at 9am to be greeted by two members of staff. From the start they were friendly and really helpful. The game areas are awesome really well made, and enjoyable. Liam Our Marshall was outstanding for a young man he gave instructions all the way through, had a lot of patience and clearly loves what he does. The base was clean and authentic. Facilities were faultless. And so much better than expected. There were 8 of us playing three adults and three teens. And everyone of us had a really great time. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to go for a good fun time. Although The cost of the day wasn’t cheap! We had 200 paintballs each to start, and ended up buying a 1000 at 80. It’s not something I could afford regularly but the outstanding service from the two guys. And the amount of fun we all had it was money well spent I did have my reservations before going due to the incompetence of the call centre, when booking I had initially rung for a quote on costs and as soon as I made it clear I was looking for prices the guy on the phone was abrupt. I did then book through Groupon and only realized after that it was still a further 9.99 each. Still a saving. But the 2nd call I had to hang up due to the complete idiot on the end of the phone, 3rd call to the booking centre I was still left with a completely abrupt man who was talking over me and got to the end of his sales pitch before I got to tell him I had a reference number because I had already booked. Very frustrating

We booked for the 4 of us to go paintballing at 1pm on the 5th of September. We arrived at 12:45 and we waited at the front gates which were locked, we waited for about 30 minutes when we were approached by someone and said that paintballing is in fact closed. We tried phoning delta force several times we phoned the head office and the Cardiff branch with no answer. We also phoned a week in advance to confirm and received a confirmation email saying it is going ahead as planned. So as we were waiting, time passed and a woman who was on the delta force property approached us on a quad bike with hounds to tell us paintballing was closed I believe it was her property that paintballing takes place. So we left after phoning several times and delta force still hasn't even gotten in contact with us about this. We have paid in advance and yet to receive a refund or any information from delta force. I am extremely disappointed with the service that has been provided or lack there of, the fact that delta force still hasn't gotten in contact with us is extremely unprofessional and goes to the contrary of they’re slogan “Uk’s best paintballing”.

The games were fun, however the prices where well over priced even for Delta force. The hosts where very entertaining and funny, specially the one who looked like princess Zelda... I didn't like the fact we couldn't storm the castles or bases .. But all in all a good day out... Just take plenty of water and packed lunch with you as food is expensive and isn't that great.
