Currys good shop however only rated 1 star as parking warden is regularly visiting car park and booking cars for trivial matters.eg overlapping bays etc.its Xmas and obviously UK parking control need money for Xmas.so shoppers beware.ill be telling friends and family shop elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking service from store today. I only wanted to exchange my 199 cordless Vax vacuum cleaner as smoke billowed from the charger whilst plugged in. Advised by a rude, jumped up, spotty faced child Manger that as my purchase was more than 21 days old my warranty was no longer with Currys and that I have to deal with Vax directly to get my vacuum repaired. I will NEVER purchase anything from Currys again and would advise everyone else to do the same.

Good range of items. Waited a long time to be 'helped' and general manager didn't seem bothered, just strolling around looking bored. When a staff member was finally free, they had poor product knowledge. Customer service seriously lacking.

Very disappointed with the service received. I wanted to return a item,which had been purchased earlier in the day. which seemed to be impossible. After been told that I would need to book a courier to return it to the store,when I was at the store was baffling. I spoke to 3 different members of staff,who all told 3 different stories! Obviously training issues. This resulted in a heated,uninformative conversation with Lisa( assistant manager) with no resolve. I took my unwanted item home. The following morning after a 20min on hold conversation, then cut off from the customer help line, I decided to try the store again. A different member of staff, was able to refund my purchase and take the unwanted item back into store! Would i shop with currys PC world again? No,nor would I recommend them. After researching the reviews,it would seem I am not on my own.
