If you have the right attitude yourself and realistic expectations this is a great place for bargains or some help with cashflow. Staff are great if they are treated with respect, but they can't overpay either

This is the worst place in Cardiff absolutely terrible they have the worst costumer service if you can get your goods else were I suggest you do they scam you and don’t accept returns even with a receipt so think very carefully before you shop here! my opinion avoid this place at all costs. I used to be a very loyal costumer before but today I went and bought a guitar and then decided that it was not very convenient for me to keep it in my house so I you do I returned it they said I couldn’t even tho I had a receipt and only bought it like an hour prior. So I decided to sell it back I payed 25 for the guitar and only got 10 back they were so rude and disrespectful. JUST DON’T GO HERE you will regret it.

Personally I've always found them great. It is what it is! They've got to make money it's a business. Some people forget this fact. They are fair and very handy and in my experience friendly too which goes a long way.
