I have been coming here for years but recently the quality of drinks and customer service has gone down hill. For example, the last two times I have been they have got my order wrong twice and thats never happened. Today there was a girl with red hair behind the till and I specifically asked for my drinks warm. She served them to me cold and then said, \Does it make a difference because otherwise I'd have to make the drinks again?\ Yes it does make a difference because I paid 8 for the drinks!! The tapioca isn't as fresh as it used to be either. It wasn't even busy, Wednesday morning at 11:30ish) and I was the only customer waiting. The time before that there were two girls and I literally timed it and had to wait 15 minutes for two drinks. I'm not even joking. Sadly, the time has come for Bubble Base and I to depart after many years, until the customer service improves drastically. Honestly I felt like an inconvenience. Don't fancy paying 8 to be spoken to like that and for mediocre customer service any longer.

They have variety of drinks. Tapioca pearls are fresh all the time. Customer service is really good. Absolutely love this place's bubble teas

The bubble tea is amazing! They give you loads of bubbles and they have a wide range of flavours to choose from! Would Highly recommend!! Best Bubble tea shop in Cardiff!!
