Been customer for many years all the advertising about good customer care customer service heating repairs is totally rubbish I left my gas boiler service to a company I can trust reliable and trusted. Even if you have a problem with your gas bills total rubbish what makes me laugh is a big blue chip company think thay are always right Thay have never changed over the years just making the CO more rich. Never ever would I return.

Crooks. Rang up to switch to standard variable tarrif and asked specifically for a plan with no exit fees. I was told this was done and then low and behold, I was charged 30 exit fees for both gas and electricity totalling 60 and now I'm here wasting time on the phone to resolve it. Despicable.

I know the current pandemic is causing havoc for buisnesses, but frankly attempting to rob our flat is a bit much. We aren't customers of British Farce - with an emphasis on the *ARSE* - and will never be, given they have spent a year attempting to make me and my partner pay out for a meter that doesn't belong to our flat (threatening debt collection) Is charging the customers of other utilities company's a long-standing policy for British Gas, or just something you came up with on the fly to make a few quid? Yours Pissfully Arthur Shaft
