Placed an order for delivery via Just Eat. The order arrived but was missing part of the order meaning that 1 person only had half a meal. Promptly contacted the restaurant, who took our details to investigate. Once we were called back we were told that they were too busy to complete the order and it was up to us to pursue a refund through just eat. Not only does this mean that a meal was ruined, but it was down to us to request the refund for something that was not our mistake.

Last night we ordered a takeaway from Cardamom having had many a bad take away from elsewhere and struggling to find a good one that delivers. Well.....WOW! this was by far the best takeaway we have had in a very long time!

I have become a regular to ordering a take out from Cardamom. Really enjoyable, great food. I won’t get a curry from anywhere else now. Great service and good prices

I dont know how these people have so many stars. Ordered from just eat at 8:30pm waited an hour and got a message to say delivery on its way at 9:30. We are 15 mins down the road. At 10pm we had a evised\ time of 10pm delivery and despite 2 phone calls and 2 assurances that the food was coming we are still waiting and they are now closed. Will not be recommending them to anyone. Unlike the the owners response we gave them until after 10 to deliver the food and just eat asked us if we would like our money back and it says this would not affect the order on the app, as it still hadn't come we said yes. At no time in the following hour when we spoke to them twice AFTER 10 did they say the order had been cancelled, they said it was on its way BOTH TIMES. A full complaint has been logged with Just Eat.
