The burgers are pretty good, the service not so much. Waited exactly 1 hour for 1 burger. The 2 tables next to me had the same issue. The people at the table next to me went to the counter to remind them of the orders. I'm generally laid back and rarely leave reviews but I had to go full Karen on this one.

Amazing burgers, really nice staff!
The food was good, but the attending was bad, I wait 30 minutes, when I asked the bill, it asked 4 times and when I was pay, the got me the wrong machine, they accept some cards, the machine didn't accept my visa, so they said the machine that accept visa was broken. And for the law they need to put a warning if something is broken, and there was nothing to warn the Costumer. I write in the Reclamation book.
The burgers are still among the best you can eat in the area and the service is good and quick. On the negative side there's the wrap that I've tried this time. It was tiny and expensive for what it was and not that healthy as it has fried rather than grilled chicken in it. Overall I have the impression that they are becoming complacent and not making any efforts to improve their offering.
Gutsy burgers are made overall with good quality ingredients, but lack meat seasoning flavour. I felt the meat was overcooked and again lacking with simple pepper/salt seasoning. Its not really a complaint, 'cause the space, location, staff and Gusty branding is all very nice/professional. Only wanted for the meat which should be the main ingredient in their burgers were better. Lemonade is also really sweet. Its all about personal tastes...in the end, i'd rather a bitter lemonade or at least much less sweetened. Prices are average for this type of meal. Again, staff is very kind and professional.

Excellent burgers, made with love, and you can taste that here. Try the (huge) bottle of home made lemonade, and the (huge) Gutsy burger. Amazing trip to portuguese flavors, genetically engineered into... burgers! Ask for the one with \Alheira\... you WILL return here after that one. And all the others. Great place for families dining out.
