We had a contract for two deep cleans a year, l had one due on the 16.11.17. we cleared the kitchen of all the equipment ready for an evening clean! we all came in early the next morning to put everything away but no one had turned up!! we had to clean down the kitchen & put all the equipment back ready for service, not a good start to the morning. l contacted them and was told that they would investigate, no response. l have emailed them twice since but still no reply. Disgusting
