Absolutely awful experience. Bought a static before lockdown started. As things eased, called to arrange delivery only to be told they were already open. No attempt had been made to contact us to arrange delivery of the static. Started trying to arrange delivery back in mid May. Van finally delivered mid June after weeks of trying to get hold of him. He would arrange to go to the site and just not turn up on occasions with us having to try to contact him to find out what was happening. Phone calls and text messages often ignored, leaving us feeling anxious and worried. Communication absolutely shocking. No reassurance that we were ever going to have the van safely delivered. Started to think they had taken our money and we weren't going to get the van. When it was finally delivered, nothing inside had been secured so there was stuff all over the floor and drawers had fallen out of the kitchen units, etc. We only know this because the site owners went inside as there were no keys delivered with it and it was open! Still not allowed into Wales to see how much damage has actually occurred. We were told that it was unlocked and not secure because he had lost the keys. Still waiting for him to even contact us to say we have keys and it is secure. A phone call that will undoubtedly never come. Please do yourself a favour and don't go anywhere near this place. This is our first static and should have been an exciting new adventure for our family but it has been nothing short of a nightmare.
