My dealings with Caravan Warehouse have been very good. Meeting Jason and his friendly and helpful staff has made the experience easy. Nothing seems to be to much trouble, for example, our trade in caravan had a different gas governor to that on the new caravan so they said they would changed it without me even asking. All very helpful even after the sale was completed.

Great customer service, Jason and the team couldn't do enough for us during our purchase with them. Great caravan any faults found were quickly rectified, caravan delivered and set up on site by Anthony all apart of there fantastic service. Highly recommended.

Where to start, great friendly sales team no pushy sales talk. I contacted Chris to ask if we could view the caravan we ended-up buying. On arrival we found the van hooked up to the electrics with all appliances working including the heating. I was concerned of course about possible damp and I did have some technical questions. Chris promptly got Matt the prep manager in the van with a damp meter putting my concern at rest and we agreed on the jobs needing to be done. We picked the van up this weekend and found all work done and more. This was the most enjoyable caravan buying experience from the 7 vans I bought during my lifetime. Chris and Matt thanks again.
Great friendly service from start to finish, warranty work carried out no problem, Matt carried out a great job. Jason kept us up to date. Could not fault this business in any way when we decide to upgrade again you will be our first port of call a small journey for us in Dumfries but so worth it.
