Seriously the best service I have ever had buying a car. No pressure, very friendly, and spent as much or as little time with me as I needed. Dan and Taps were incredible! They even sorted a small scratch the car had before I picked it up as well which just adds to the customer service. Highly recommended and will buy my next car from here. Long term customer earned!
Brilliant service by Phillippa. She did everything she could to work out a good deal for me, and she didn't disappoint at all. Home delivery was a huge bonus as I live over 300 miles away, so was happy I didnt have to travel. She was friendly and was happy to help anytime I called for advice or to see how things were going with my purchase. Very happy with my new car, and a wonderful service from all the team. Thank you.
WOW!!!! Where do I start? So I have just taken delivery of my new car and I am absolutely ecstatic! The service I have received from care Store Exeter was absolutely fantastic and I cannot rate them highly enough. From the start, I dealt with Cory, who was (in abundance) friendly, professional, helpful and generally made the whole process simple and very straight forward. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for their service, customer care and high standards of professionalism and I am just so glad that I found their website and made the call. I would rate them 10 stars if I could.
I was meant to write this review a couple months ago but better late than never! I was very happy with the service I received from staff and Lucy who helped me through the whole process. Everything was made relatively simple and a quick after picking up the car early the following day. Couldn’t be happy and have recommended to friends.
