My experience with the car cdw was exceptionally good , from the first contact where I enquired about a car and within 10 mins had a call back great customer service this then followed by a short video showing me the car followed by prompt answers to all my questions before I made my way up to the showroom. Once I arrived at the showroom the cars were well presented and staff extreamly healpfull to the point I was still there after the closing time to finalise the deal. 1 month later no issues with car.. Good service guys.

Excellent customer service. Gordon was really helpful, knowledgeable and informative. (non pushy sales which always gets my goat.) Super efficient, sorted all the paperwork in record time and gave us a very reasonable deal on our part exchange. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Bought my BMW in September. After a phone call to Kerian to set up a test drive I arrived at the branch. All went well no pushy sales talk and straight down to signing up.All the sales guys are fab even the sales manager. Felt really comfortable. I would highly recommend Car Deal Warehouse Edinburgh
