Decided to stop here and get a carryout lunch after running errands. The special today was fish and chips. The fish was fresh and delicious!! The fries were hot and crispy. The old bay seasoning made them even better!! So glad I stopped and got lunch here today. What a pleasant surprise. Yum yum

We had just driven from Atlanta and searched local seafood restaurants and found this place. We were ready to just sit down and eat, but realized it was a take-out only place. This caused a bit of apprehension, but we decided to be adventurous. We went in and ordered the platter, we couldn't help but notice the crowd of locals coming and going to get their orders to-go. This definitely eased any concerns and their were no regreats. We ate in our minivan, shovelling down the mountain of delicious seafood. It was one of the best seafood places we've been to and can't wait to visit again next time we're in town!

Food-great. Service-ATROCIOUS. Last Tuesday my husband brought dinner home for us. When he got home he said the girl working (no nametags, but she was a big girl with a black &white flannel on) was rude, and acting like she was rushing him to leave so she could go home. Everyone has a bad day so last night we gave it another try. Same girl, same attitude....AND even though there hours say it's open until 8....they are never open that late! Many times when driving past they have closed by 7. Disappointing.

Best crabs anywhere! Absolutely the best crab cakes too. Excellent service, outstanding quality. We never go anywhere else for seafood.

We've been going to Captain Treys for a few years but yesterday we ordered a bushel of mediun crabs for a few friends as we socially distanced while eating them. Our friends had never been to Captain Treys, well they are hooked like us, they may have been the best crabs any of us have had in years including ones we have previously gotten from there. Great seasoning, heavy, full, and ready at time ordered for and hot. Staff is outstanding even in this crazy time due to the pandemic. Great job keep up the good work.
