For someone most recently coming from Texas, I was impressed with the BBQ! Ribs and burnt ends were a high point and the sides were all enjoyable. Had it delivered and it held up very well. Will definitely be getting it again!

We had a little trouble with delivery so the food (Fat Boy) arrived cold. However, it was still tasty and we look forward to ordering again. Wish they had a Texas BBQ-style sauce (sweet and smokey) to complement the ribs, but the provided sauces were ok.
What a joy the opening of this smokehouse, the cooking is perfect, the pork spareribs are fantastic ! A great bravo
The food was delicious, however I’m putting 3 stars for the portions. For the price (quite steep), the portions are very disappointingly small.
Si vous cherchez à faire une bonne découverte en terme de barbecue vous êtes au bon endroit. Nous avons pris la bbq newbie et du brisket en supplément et tout jusqu'aux frites était très bon. Les burnt ent caramélisées comme il fallait, le brisket et le pulled pork fondant au possible. Bref très bonne expérience on se reverra :) (Oh et au passage personnel accueillant et souriant toujours un bonus :) ! )

Nous avons adoré notre expérience chez Cap’s BBQ. Nous tenons à mettre un point d’honneur sur les Mac n’ cheese et le coleslaw que nous avons particulièrement adoré. Nous vous aurions souhaité avoir un peu plus de sauce pour les ribs. Cependant, tout était vraiment au top, la commande était prête à temps !
