Caprinos Pizza Newcastle

Ordered on several occasions, it was great. Exactly as we asked for. Thus time there was an order mishap, happens, it's okay. Apparently they have different prices for delivery and collection, okay. The way the person on the phone was talking to me, not letting me finish a sentence and telling to \let him talk\ while he explains to me the same thing over in a condescending way. So disrespectful and I will not be ordering from this branch again.

This is no bog standard pizza place! Food is of restaurant quality (even as good as Rome or Buenos Aires) ... delivered to my home with a smile within the estimated time and at reasonable price. Well done Caprinos - you have been brave to open up with competition all around you and already you have gone tops! We’ll be back.

Pizza was bland and I also paid 3.50 for cheesy mushrooms which were the smallest thing I have ever wasted money on.

I ordered via Uber Eats as I had a promo code from them. Never used them before (uber eats or caprinos) but was impressed by both. It turned up earlier than the quoted 1hr which on a summer bank holiday weekend is more than a reasonable wait. The pizza was delicious. Thick toppings, deep pan crust with a crunch to it, and the mozzarella was cooked yet still kept a bit of rigidity, nothing worse than a floppy pizza! Would definitely order again
