As ex fish and chip shop owners with, what we considered, very high standards my wife and I can't speak highly enough of Capplemans. The haddock is always white and firm, the chips cooked to perfection and the mushy pea bomb is excellent, with vegan options available for my wife. On line ordering is a very simple process and saves queueing. We've only just discovered this little back street gem on one of our regular visits to Scarborough, but now we've found it we will continue to use it on future visits.

Had a Gluten Free haddock and chips, partner had a normal cod. Both were spot on, service was excellent too. Thanks!
