Capium is a very good software for small practices with small clients. However, If you are planning to grow quicker it is better to plan carefully. Bookkeeping and accounts production are not suitable if your clients grow slightly bigger in size. I feel now stuck because it is not easy to move from one software provider to another one. I am a customer for five years and despite raising few technical issues I keep hearing back from customer services team that they will pass on the feedback to technical team. I know capium are adding new modules but what's the point if your existing modules are not being improved (despite the fact that your customers are investing their own time to give you feedback). If I have problems with existing modules I am not going to go and try new modules but instead start looking new quality solutions.
