I rarely write reviews, but I believe this needs to be out there. I'm a small business owner in Ridgeland, MS. I have worked with capital staffing before. I guarantee you 100% of time the people that came in for interviews. The potential employees had no idea what they were interviewer for. During the Corona pandemic capital staffing refused to work with me. Their process for on-boarding employees is expensive and the quality of their work is a lack there of professional. I will say the only good person they have on their staff is Mary Lynn Mcpherson. She always helped me find good potential employees. Since I cannot Reply to the Response of the business owner I will be very detailed in this review. Capital Staffing did not work with me during Corona. If you go back \6 months\ Corona started in January or February depending on who you ask. I have hired 2 employees from Capital Staffing not \several\. Its true I did get on a payment plan with Capital Staffing then the next month I payed my bill in full. Also she failed to mention the employee they sent to me that had to be escorted off the premises of my office. I don't want to paint a complete biased picture, this was my experience with Capital Staffing. If you don't believe me try it out for yourself. I don't write reviews this is rare for me to leave a review but it wanted to be honest and tell my experience. Thank you for reading my long winded review

Since the day I met with the staff at Capitol Staffing, they have been great!! They are very professional and provide quality services. The turnaround time to get an interview was about a week which was better than I anticipated. I was looking for permanent placement, but they found me some temporary contract work, and they committed to keep working on my behalf. The whole time, the staff checked in with me to see how things were going. In another week, I was contacted about an interview for permanent placement, and I got hired!! I'm grateful for Capitol Staffing to getting me back on my feet!!

I have very much enjoyed my time working with the professionals at Capitol Staffing, especially Christina P. Capitol Staffing has a very caring and inviting environment. I recently moved to the area and I did not know where to begin. I put in my application online late one afternoon, Christina called my the next morning to schedule an appointment. My appointment was at 11 on a Wednesday morning. I left her office at 1 pm. At 2:30 Christina called me and stated that she had scheduled me an interview for 3:30 the same afternoon. After leaving that interview, she called me to tell me that she had scheduled another 2 interviews for me within the next 4 days. Every job interview I went to turned into a job offer. I love the company I am working with now, everyone feels like family. If you need help finding a job, I HIGHLY recommend Christina with Capitol Staffing.

Capital Staffing is the best! After doing my application, I received a call the same day. I had my initial interview with Christina and was called for a job interview within 2 weeks in the field I wanted. She kept me up to date on things, gave me tips, and was there to help anytime. Within 3-4 weeks, I was hired on with a company. Christina is good at what she does and I would highly recommend her to everyone!
