Absolutely unacceptable service levels, after telling them of family bereavement they advised that they would post out a bereavement pack to fill in. Four times I called now and nothing received after false promises. Where is your understanding and compassion.

Executor to an estate of a family member which capita managed a pension sent in death certificate and relevant documents which where returned on 29/01/2019 with an acknowledgement letter stating that the relevant administration team would be in contact. it is now 25/04/2019 with four hours of my life wasted on hold on the telephone with no answer at various times and no response to emails or follow up letters sent. GOD HELP YOU IF YOU HAVE A PENSION MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY !

Spent almost four hours just trying to connect to the switchboard with no joy and no call back facility ,just awful service really need to review your system and offer a call back

Decided to apply for my pension in february and waited over a month to receive any paper work to start the process, called several times. Finally received it and filled in relevant form. Only to have something wrong on form. Which they had delayed in sending back. Another month gone. Repeatedly called them after it had been sent back to find out when it would be paid only to be fobbed off with excuses why it had not been dealt with etc. etc. Am still waiting as of today not sure when I will get it am in despair now. They are useless.

My wife unfortunately has a pension managed by this company. As her retirement is coming shortly she has been trying to get some semblance of values from this shower. Correspondence from them has been incomplete giving only partial details. trying to contact there 'helpline' is impossible, she is kept on hold until the call times out at varying times of day, all the recorded message says is 'your call is important to us' but this is proven obviously not the case We have calculated that it has cost in the region of 20 in calls so far, never to have been able to speak to someone. My belief is that, due to their recent business plan failure, the staff levels are non-existent and really should not be allowed to continue to play around with people's livelihoods. I would like to be convinced otherwise but doubt this will happen.
